2nd Meeting about Commercial Strategy
Come along at 8:30 am, 6th December, to take part in the second meeting: Commercial Strategy 2 – Prospecting: Prepare and Practice.
For this second 100 % interactive meeting, Marion Ferlin, commercial strategy advisor and trainer working with company directors and creators, will be back to talk about different prospecting techniques and explain how to argue and attract a client’s attention.
Following the first meeting, Strategy 1: Finding Out About My Client, this time you will be able to work on argumentation techniques and interpretative skills by becoming aware of the non-verbal to adapt your words and body language to the sales’ message.
Programme for Commercial Strategy 2 – Prospecting: Prepare and Practice:
- Ice Breaker to kick off the session with the "Arm-Twister" technique to attract attention.
- Presentation of the French method "Soncas" = (Sécurité, orgueil, nouveauté, confort, argent, sympathie) to build on argumentation adapted to the sales situation and client, through analysing the non-verbal and the words to use.
- Practical work in sub groups, giving participants the opportunity to practice selling their products/services and learn how to build an argument and questions using the "Soncas" method.
- Final debrief with the 35 game, to define in real time 5 pieces of advice to find out about your client.
With this entertaining, relaxed and interactive approach through role playing activities, Marion Ferlin will give you some helpful hints so you can find your personal way and voice.
