Objectives

Image training and learning to use images is the third component that is strategically important to the deployment of the CITIA project, and are essential links to the sustainable development of a centre of excellence on the topic.

In response to this mission, CITIA intervenes using diverse educational means and training of animated image:

• design, co-ordination and organisation of courses in moving images with classes from primary to secondary
• deployment of these courses on a European and international level
• support to higher education courses using images in the area
• making tools used in image training available to teaching staff
• the Musée du film d’animation open to the general public to learn more about the history of moving pictures from pre-cinema to today and visit temporary exhibitions.
