Morning Meeting about Commercial Strategy
This new morning meeting will be in two sessions. The first, Commercial Strategy 1: Finding Out About My Client, will take place on the 4th October.
For the first time, take part in a 100 % interactive morning meeting at the Papeteries – Image Factory, at 8:30 am on Tuesday 4th October. Marion Ferlin will host this meeting on learning different methods to analyse a client profile.
Commercial strategy advisor and trainer working with company directors and creators, Marion Ferlin will help answer your commercial strategy questions: Who is my client? Do I really know them? What does the client think, feel, see, hear etc. Using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) tool, you’ll be able to improve your client knowledge and imagine new solutions.
Programme for Strategy 1: Finding Out About My Client:
- Ice Breaker to kick off the session with a discussion about points of view and perspectives
- Presentation of the Business Model Canvas, focusing on the notions of "target client" and "value proposition"
- Practical work in sub groups of four, to complete the client and Value Business Model Canvas. Each participant will present their product/service to outline and analyse needs, expectations, joys and hardships etc. This will be followed by role playing activities as salesperson, buyer or silent observer to work on questioning and needs based on client issues.
- Final debrief
Marion Ferlin offers an entertaining, relaxed and interactive approach to sales through role playing activities to find your personal way and voice.
