Keynote with Genndy Tartakovsky
The Annecy Festival is passing the mic to Genndy Tartakovsky for his Keynote speech.
In June, the Annecy Festival will welcome a big name in animation, Genndy Tartakovsky, who will be giving a Keynote. This discussion, open to all Festival Meetings badgeholders, will be the opportunity to discover Tartakovsky's world and to interact with him.
Genndy Tartakovsky, acclaimed animator, director and producer for over 20 years, has received 13 Emmy nominations as well as the prestigious Winsor McCay Award at the Annie Awards.
He has produced and directed many hit series, including his creations:
- Dexter's Laboratory
- Samurai Jack: Special Award for a TV Series at Annecy 2002
- Star Wars: Clone Wars
As far as feature films go, his first achievement Hotel Transylvania was presented at a WIP session at Annecy 2012, then screened at an Open-Air Screening in Annecy and selected at the Annie Awards.
