The foundation stone of the "Papeteries"
">On Thursday 4th July, the foundation stone of the "Papeteries" has been layed. This is the first step in the construction of the future Observatory for the moving pictures and creative industries.
In 2015, it will consist of a 7 000 m2 office building that will house animation film, multimedia and video games companies.
