Thématique CCI – CITIA: Negotiation
The CCI is hosting another Thématique morning meeting on 11th April at Les Papeteries, on the topic of "Negotiation: make a winning argument out of an objection".
As part of their partnership, the CCI (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) Haute-Savoie and CITIA are inviting people to another Thématique meeting, 8:30 am, Tuesday 11th April at Les Papeteries, Cran-Gevrier.
The topic of the workshop is: "Negotiation: make a winning argument out of an objection". Objections are encountered at every stage of a negotiation and it’s up to the negotiators to positively turn these objections around to help them reach their goal. But how can that be done and what methods should be used?
Jean-Marie Servoz, freelance consultant in commercial optimisation, will be leading the meeting. With 18 years working in client relations, he comes from a result-oriented commercial background based on extensive experience in the field.
Workshop programme:
> Eliminate objections to clinch a sale:
- Use active listening techniques
- Respond to objections at the right moment
- Turn things around
- Interpret an objection
- Create and sustain an argument based on experience
- Pace an argument
> Drive the negotiation:
- Start the negotiation phase at the right time
- Accumulate positive responses
- Confirm a "good" product
- Negotiate and confirm quantities
- Announce the price
- Defend margins
- Turn a trial into a win-win situation
