Le Jour le plus Court - affiche 2014

15th Dec 2014

  The Shortest Day

The Musée-Château invites you to a special screening of short films on Decembeer 20th as part of The Shortest Day.

The Shortest Day is a nationwide event that promotes short films shown all over the place and on all sorts of screens. Organised by the Agence du court métrage, the idea is to highlight creation, promote the circulation of films and encourage a dialogue with the audience.

Especially for the occasion, the Musée-Château in Annecy has put together a special programme entitled "Animation, entre sagesse et rébellion".  A whole world to discover through the magic of frame by frame.

Screening programme:

  • Tulips Shall Grow, George Pal, 1942
  • La Pie voleuse, Giulio Gianini and Emanuele Luzzati, 1965
  • Les Escargots, René Laloux, 1966
  • Comment Wang-Fô fut sauvé, René Laloux, 1987
